Michael. 2313 Report post Posted June 12, 2014 You crazy, man! I don't know quite what emotion I'm experiencing now... I never thought I'd believe this... Agreed haha! But in my defence, I'm just simply over it, while it has it's good aspects, Its just not become nor wont be the car I'm after. Just not into the E36 like I once was It's been fun though, I just dont see how I can have any more fun with it. The amount of valuable stuff I've learned from doing such a project has been the best thing to come out of it. I can't wait to get cracking into the next project. vtgts300kw 90 Report post Posted June 16, 2014 Plastidip'd the chrome Kidney Grill and the chrome headlight rings. Didn't make sense for them to be chromed as the car, being a touring, has the shadow trim.

twisted 45 Report post Posted June 16, 2014 Replaced shitty cast alloy impeller vaico water pump with OEM unit. Seal on impeller side was shagged, causing A leak overnight. With any luck the oem unit fixes this, and I can forget about the cooling system for the next 100k.

MLM 57 Report post Posted June 21, 2014 Got an alignment. Felt sorry for the workshop guys while I waited who were trying to get an alignment on a rx8 which was to low to even set up and were battling trying to fit a stretched tire onto a rim as it had been cut up on the guard on an excessively lowered corolla.
