Xmas makeover Gate to Hellbm.

Celebrated the summer weather and Auckland water restrictions being relaxed and gave the gar its first two bucket wash in 6 months. Was so nice outside, decided to slap on a coat of CarPro Elixer while I was at it - so nice holding a hose again haha

Well, if it's been sitting in the sun for 3 years, add a new headliner to the list of must dos. You wonder how some dealers make any money.

I went for a WoF in the 130i today... it took a sum total of 14 minutes, paint me stunned. In the first instance I rocked up to the local garage at 16:35 and expected them to tell me 'after Christmas' but the owner said 'we'll do it now if you want' - first surprise. I said yep, I'll wait and, after taking it for a quick drive, the owner drove it back in to the free bay and 3 people descended upon it and worked like bees. I drove out, with a fresh WoF, at 16:49... couldn't believe it. Admittedly it's mechanically sound, very clean underneath and has new tyres but 14 minutes (including paying)!?! VTNZ need to take a lesson.

In manual though? Most E9x manuals ive seen are real low spec stuff or diesels. The E46 does look nice, but for that price i'd expect @Sammo nice, and its not.

My dad and brother in Sa are almost complete with thier 2-3 year project...well...soon😎 Had a 3.4 Ford V6 in... Now a cobra fully rebuilt cammed 289 stroked +-300cc engine...dynoed 270 kw...revs up like a bike.. had a 3sp auto in the cobra so they fitted a 5 spd manual box in. Fully stripped out....so maybe +-8-900 kgs. Massive diff at rear with 275s 15s to be added Cut and fabricated the whole tunnel and relocating basically every freakin thing..😂😂 They plan to move down here to Nz in a year or so and bring that with.

Couldn’t resist a good long run down through Cambridge and back home. 300ks felt great, always more to do though .... Firepot is always a good stop

I'm sure you know better than that Chris! Too expensive by ~$6k. Manual, smanual... 😉 (forgive me for being defensive). But no really notable options, BMWP pedals, Aero spoiler, CD instead of MD (who cares?), no PDC, no sunroof, no cruise (😁), nothing else... and the oil cooler has lost its cover! Shame. And the thing is, at ~90k kms, probably everything underneath and up front needs replacing. I'd say it's a $11.5k (marketed) car that you'd need to be prepared to sell for $10.5k. Edit: you can get a F20 M135i for less than what they're asking for this.

Low km, all the options, and manual.. (the only real option you want 😛 ) Be one of the more desirable 130s.. Probably be over priced, but not by huge amounts for the right buyer.

Nice but at that budget you'd be looking at the E9x series instead...

The highest price I've seen and while it looks nice, it isn't a particularly desirable colour - I think a black one (converted) went for $13k very quickly a few months back.

Saw it parked in Gordonton yesterday parked up. Looking nice! Silver with silver wheels is great.

Got a rear diffuser from Fancywide in Russia and put it together over the weekend. Balances out the rear end quite nicely
