Is there any way of checking if it's a "genuine" AC Schnitzer car? Like what sets this apart from any other E36 that has ACS parts on it?

ohhh yisss thanks for the heads up, I'm planning on running a single 2.75" from the header merge to the muffler and guess which BMW came with a 2.75" inlet on their mufflers? It's a bit ratty but it'll do the trick

Thanks couldn't find it for the life of me! Since it's going at the end of something somewhat custom it shouldn't matter too badly what it looks like. Might squeeze in there

I'm not sure that they're worth lots, just he probably wanted to secure the deal haha I saw one on trademe last year for $100 relisted multiple times. Too bad I didn't know what I was missing out on. (The tip on them still looks ugly as sin though)

Off of a 520 you say, what's the inlet size? Could be interested as it will be mated up to a single pipe anyways.

Having recently delivered a car to Auckland from down South I've fallen in love with the E36 ACS muffler. Muffled and modest at cruising rpm and loud yet not obnoxious at full throttle. Can anyone please help me track one down. I've seen them come up on trademe occasionally so there must be something out there. NEED ACS muffler for E36 328/325i Thanks

So I'm driving a car up from Nelson to Auckland this Friday. Someone please tell me that I'm not a fool and that we will have enough time. So our flight apparently lands in Nelson around 0805. Then we have to drive the twisties all the way to Picton to be ready for boarding no less than an hour before departure. The ferry departs around 1045 so we've got to be there by 0945. Is an hour and a half cutting it too fine? I think we should just book the ferry later. And for those that know, will a little under an hour before departure matter too much?

Not sure about the interior nor the tail light tint, or even if the louvers are working as vents or air intakes? Sweet car though, & IMO the interview had so much more potential. The owner looked very nervous the throughout and fairly enough, if I owned it I'm not sure if I'd be letting someone drive at speed around the narrow road he was on.

ET13 looks good, but standard 5 series fitment works well. You'll need crappy stretched tyres - 225-40-17 on a 9" ET24 rubs like crazy even with rolled arches and pumped guards (gl working the rear arches, there's 3 converging layers in the rear arch). The fad is dead, get some 9" wide rears with standard offset and throw some 265-35-17s on them
