Is This Where The E30 Market Is Now..?
Driftit replied to E30 325i Rag-Top's topic in TradeMe discussions
Wow OK. It's a low spec 4 door 320i Jap import with an engine swap. It looks great. But it's not a desirable model. That is what I would expect to pay for a mint M325i. And I don't think I would ever trust an E30 speedo cluster. -
Oh wow that is Scamlish for sure. Any German would speak perfect English as previously mentioned. Or would use a translator which would not make more spelling mistakes than a stuff.co.nz article.

Nz Couriers according to the bag. It didn't even have any protective packaging. Just thrown in a courier bag. So I am happy that it made it at all.

I have the first scan tool. Got it for $15USD from Amazon about 4 years back. Works ok. But now use INPA/ISTA etc.
-
Delivered Friday. It arrived in NZ on the 8th. Only took 7 days to get from Auckland to Masterton. Nice......

Was just going to say something similar. Generic White Man Name Generator was definitely used.

It just keeps coming at the moment. Large oil leak causing oil to pool around the 3rd coil. It then drips onto the hot exhaust. I replaced the valvetronic gasket which had a slow leak only a few months ago. Can't tell yet but it must have failed again. We'll see I guess. Two cars out of action now.

@promo is this something you could help with? Pramod recently fixed my FRM module which controls the lights in my E87. If he doesn't reply here send him a PM.

I LOVE NZ ROADS!! Another windscreen gone. Bigger than a 50c piece. Struck by a large rock on the open road passing through some shitty road works.
-
My Wayco one since failed. It did a lot of work though. However it never made up for ruining my back.

FCP and ECS are still getting their packages here within a week. Schneidman. They are in Denmark so that explains why there are big delays on occasion. Turner Motorsport is part of ECS now. Pelican Parts are in CA, USA so shipping shouldn't be bad.

Yeah that is what I did. Garage PC.
-
Yep market it as a cheap Fortnight machine.

Bavarian Motorworks was my choice on the Shore. Ernst the owner is a mass of knowledge. He helped with the BMW race series for many years. They are just in the Wairau Valley. https://www.bavarianmotors.co.nz/ Also many businesses won't be back until Monday. Xmas holidays.

Yeah with all the goodies you guys have I would bump it up for sure. Those intakes alone a worth a mint. I have been looking for a manual 135i for the Mrs. And they have all but disappeared. These cars are def on the popular list at the moment.

So I ordered some stuff from Bimmergeeks. Now they are in Georgia, USA. This little dongle now has a massive carbon footprint. Read bottom to top. Interesting considering parts I ordered from ECS in Ohio arrived in 3 days and only had one stop. I honestly thought this one was lost when it went from Georgia to Florida to NJ. I think I'm at 11k. But looking around there isn't much to replace it with.

Cool. I looked at it a few months back. My eyes glassed over and I gave up. I want to space the rear of my E87 out just a few mm. I am not looking forward to certifying the Mrs 200sx. It all sounds like a nightmare these days.

I'm holding off until I move into the new place later this year. A friend has one of the Oklahoma Joe's and it is so easy and the result is amazing. @*Glenn* was smoking some nice stuff a few years back.
-
No I love that. Drum smokers are amazing for stable temps. So efficient on fuel too.
-
Oklahoma joe bronco + your Webber. No need for coal.

Just bringing this post back to the front page for good. Pinned.

I really hope so Peter. I went from not suggesting them to people to actively telling people to avoid them. Will give them a chance and see if Continental sorts them out.

Yup it helped. Restored. It was deleted when I deleted a spam post from my mobile which somehow deleted the entire thread even though that's under the mod section only.
