335i WTB 2009 (or newer) 335i Touring
balancerider replied to SmackJackTheCrackerMan's topic in Want to buy
Could get a post-2010 one with the N55 and save yourself the aggravation (unless you're planning to tune it)? There's a nice 2011 Le Mans blue one http://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/cars/bmw/listing/2699846628?bof=j5OwhhpD, otherwise if you do want the N54 I quite like this Aventurine Green Individual colour (though would have it back on OEM rims) http://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/cars/bmw/listing/2810816765?bof=bCHtbeoT- 7 replies

Coded my F31 thanks to @promo

M54? (and can it be complied?)

Starting to take shape - must confess seeing Hifly tires in every pic is triggering me slightly ?
-
That's a beaut (even though I'd prefer Alpina blue or green) - looks from Carjam like it's been well looked after prior to your ownership
-
suspect you didn't have much of a choice with the rev counter given the paucity of diesel E39's in NZ...?
-
Nice one owner car, but looks a bit 'US-spec' with orange lights and those ? wheels
-
The N57 twin turbo is extraordinary for performance:economy ratio - just wish I got to open the taps on mine a bit more over over the hill!
-
Great choice - spotted this TM auction and hoped that a bimmersporter would buy it!

Nice looking NZ New 330d - could be good for someone with mechanical nous... https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/cars/bmw/listing/2787026800?bof=pdIzXsje

Try my F31 which is 2 years / 32k km!!! ? (needless to say I don't wait that long)

White E30 325i coupe on the south coast this afternoon

spotted her in Island Bay this arvo, glad you're pushing to keep her on the road...

Wouldn't recommend SH4 in a heavily loaded car - it's a bit shorter distance but no passing lanes and lots of logging trucks.
-
Wouldn't say it's been well looked after judging by WOF record ? Nicely specced though with front and rear PDC / sunroof
-
non-M OEM 18's are the sweet spot IMO e.g Style 237
-
looks like it could be a pretty good sleeper (if you remove those m stripes on the sill ? and the activehybrid badges)

Ah the infamous 'old man' spec choices of BMW NZ. Now you're hard pressed to find anything NZ new that's not an M sport... -

Looks great with the new rims. Sport interior? Think it would suit clear (Euro-style) indicators too. -
Adrian Orr et al @ the Reserve Bank was who I was thinking of. It's a cool car anyway - would love the touring version (maybe <10 exist in RHD)
