Looking so clean! Can I drop my car off for you to clean too??

Mint. But yeah that colour, sooo boring IMO = less money regardless. Still, could be good for a V8 conversion if it was cheaper.

Intel CPU cooling fan in far side passenger air vent to supply cooler air to the ECU compartment, Couldn't hurt! (cable in shot is for the USB to trans computer link that rolls up into the glove box) Surface temps of the ECUs were ranging from 40-55 deg on a hot day, when driving harder, so will be interesting to see if the improved air flow will make much difference

Wow, thats nasty, glad you're okay for the most part (aside from the injuries)

Awesome car, the ultimate limo sedan IMO

Ridiculous but quite cool.

Hmmm pretty cool I guess.. However I get the impression it's a bit generic with a TT 3.0 six that only revs to the mid 7k range. Maybe I'm missing something.

Cool project Allan. Interesting to see what you did with the exhaust rear box there! How does she sound?

Looking at a 2000 728i anything I should pay particular

Perhaps the engine size might be the biggest concern. Any car that size should have at least a 3.0L engine. Smaller engines in large cars tend to be driven harder, so tend to be more stressed, leading to increased wear compared to a larger more 'relaxed' motor. These are just my thoughts though haha. -
Wow, loving that, apart from the front lights... Very inventive, best use for a Golf I've seen!

Seems like he was being over ambitious, should have taken the easy route with a cheap and cheerful 1UZ

Welcome Liam. What kind of Lexus did you have before this BMW?
-
That is gross. Cool if it was a 5.7 LS1 or whatever though.

Awesome! I had the exact same kit all of 10 years ago... got it from my RC obsessed neighbour, I believe it was a mid 90s kit that had been sitting around for a while. Very cool!

Black LHD M3 E30 on Princes St Otahuhu, very nice!! Might be that one for sale??

Pretty sad news, RIP.

Mother of god...

I'm going to drive 40km/h in 50km/h zones now.
-
Haha, gold.

Should sound good with a 3 banger! Has the crazy 80s retro M1 look too... I approve!
-
It does seem a little excessive. Does this mean 54km/h in city areas? Most people do 55-60km/h so it's pretty annoying in that regard. I just wish more attention was place on poorly serviced cars, with bad shocks, tires and suspension that venture out loaded up with people and luggage onto the open road.

I think it's awful.

Ugh, beautiful. Looks like it could roll off the showroom floor.
