Finished installing e36 leather seats in my e30, starting to look like a car again now.

Managed to pass a Wof, sounds simple enough, but E30's are old cars.

Added lows. So much so that couldn't get it off the hoist, whoops.

Still deciding on the height and if I want to go lower with Christchurch roads the way they are right now. Pics will come.

Lost the speedo, ASC and ABS, diagnosed (hopefully) a rear wheel sensor, removed, cleaned and refitted both sensors. Still not fixed, looked into replacing the wheel sensor, so hopefully it's that and not the ABS module.

Finally got rid of an annoying rubbing sound on full lock steering by working some silicone grease into the plastic/rubber boot around the steering column at the bottom of the footwell.

haha, too right it is. Thanks man.

Meanwhile on Sunday the alternator has packed a sad and stopped charging....

Murphys law at work no doubt

I've removed it and shall give it an inspection this afternoon, I get the impression its dirty inside and could work with a clean.

That's a good update! You must be happy.

Hope you used your spotlight card.

Haven't done anything to my BMW today.... have spent enough money on my non BMW in the last month though, could have brought a decent used BMW :(

Changed the gearbox shift points last night and got angry when the laptop battery died while driving to smooth out the 3-4 shift.
