Well, another 6 months passed! Apart from take it for a WOF (passed straight through as usual), only thing I have done to it is buy a new battery for it. Original BMW one buggered out about 18 months ago, so had an old temp one i had sitting here, but was already at the end of its life. New Yuasa battery and shes golden. Would love to have an OEM BMW one in there, but the price... and what is probably new old stock on a battery, i didnt want to take the gamble. Oh and also fitted new brake light switch, so thats probably a good thing! Picked up two very nice Clarion units as well over my time and need to fit one of them into this car too, the sony that is in there is quite in the eye sore in the dash! Dear fellow bimmersport members It is with deep sadness that i inform you all of this particular member who has passed away, yesterday in the early hours of the morning ( 20/04/15 ) after a long battle with a terminal illness. Many of use may remember his posts in the project forum for forced induction regarding a red turbo e36. For those that didn't get the oppurtunity to meet him personally, Lets come together as a bmw club and wish my brother an awesome time in heaven on this forum. His details will be in the NZ Herald, i believe, but unsure which issue atm. I will continue to uss the forum for him, many thanks Peter Norris. Live well in Heaven Dear Brother Arthur Norris.

Recents: Z3 Rack swap, New tie rods, boots. M3 Offset Lollipop CAB's and new Control arms. Front end is ALOT tighter now and handles awesome. Steering is very responsive. Still on the hunt for a rear end to re-bush at some stage... One day. Here's a few extra shots from a couple months back with Andy's Vert. I really need to get my rear bumper resprayed too...ffs.

Really not sure yet Michael, I think the budget for the next car will be 20k-ish though, giving me a bit extra to play with on Interior Design and home decor etc. I'll need to look around for what I could get for that money. Will arrange test drive of Toyota IQ.

Because they are just I bit too out of my price range currently...I'd be tempted to view the E34 wagon however maybe in coming months when I have more funds I will maybe look into that...

Eww, the Vilner is a bit garish for me, sounds too close to vulgar. It looks like it would be quite a homely place to be...if you're a Stormtrooper? I think the M6 is decadent enough, but the Vilner just didn't know when to stop..unless wings sprout from the sides and it takes off like a plane? How about something simpler, there a re a few design concepts I like about this still. Too bad, none of them will make it into production for a variety of reasons, one, because of the strict design protocols based mainly on how we crash into people and secondly because no one wants to do 'simple' anymore. The 328 Concept.

Thanks dude. I love how this thing drives and it gives me piece of mind to know my lady will be driving around in a safe and comfortable vehicle They are absolutely lovely to drive. Especially with the M sport suspension. It rides better than my coupe I know man + 1 on this but its hard to find a reasonably priced good condition e46 wagon at the moment. Some minor sacrifices had to be made

School's back!

Get to work. Smells musty. Workshop flooded, lots of damage. Must have rained a lot when I was away up north. Subaru's. Second engine in six months, same problem, no oil pressure, blown turbo. Standing on side of the road on a rally stage again watching cars go past holding a sign that says OK. Having to reconcile a co-driver who has just spent 10k on a new engine and now faces a rebuild. Could have should have won our class too, some great driving in the morning.

Jeez... and it has cracks in the dash! You will have heard how in the diamond market there is actually almost limitless supply (diamonds are very common) but jewellers restrict how many are sold to the public so that demand and therefore prices stay high. We need to do this with E30's. Keep demand high, create a roster where we are only allowed to sell one nice E30 every year. Every buyer must commit to joining this group when they buy a car. Watch as prices skyrocket. We all become very rich. You can thank me later.

I have the communal bimmersport car trailer. Fits e30/6 and anything smaller. Single axle unbraked, tilt action beast. 24 beers a day to hire.

Beautiful, also love the wheel and tire combo. Makes a damn fine change from the usual weaves or stretch.
