Absolutely mint example, looks to be priced at the very high end of the E36 M3 market but you wont find one that looks this tidy probably. Its good news for some of the E36 M3 owners on here

Ive owned two with N14, one auto and one manual JCW, and two N18 in auto and manual. The N18 is definitely better but I wouldnt rule out a nice example of one with the N14. Trying to find one in good condition is another story.

According to my consumption on the dashboard, its 6.7L/100kms. Real world example: I get around 220kms +- 20kms depending on driving, per $40 of BP98. (15-16L) Cannot complain with that!

N55B30M0 engine, plenty of good and a bit of bad. had the slightly more powerful version on my M135i with a stage 1 tune and I really enjoyed it. just gotta keep up religious servicing and maintenance

I think one of the major appeals of the golfs is the DSG popping gearbox. One of it's major downfalls too is the DSG that can literally go pop if neglected and not serviced regularly.

Awesome cars. I've owned 4 of these now and they are really great, fun to drive, VERY economical and just a great overall car IF if suits your lifestyle. (really a single/two person car, rear seats are pretty much useless unless short trips, i usually have the seats down to carry stuff)

If u compare rhe mk6 vs 130i i reckon a gti edges it out. But in saying that if u can land a 130i for 6-8k its way more value for money than a mk6 for 12k. The equivalent mk5 for sub 10k is not better than. 130i imo.

Ran the plates on carjam and its a NZ new, explains the full size spare instead of a space saver. Same with the wider plate holder on the front instead of the short and tall version found on imports. I also noticed that the rego says "exemption" - is it on hold?
