Thats the one with the M88 in it. So lovely. Saw a nice Dakar E36 M3 in Whitianga.

Sneak peek of whats coming! Not really sneaky because now everyone knows exactly what I'm doing.
-
After an engine crane on the North Shore to use over the weekend. Can pay in beersies. Can anyone help me out? Thanks :D:D:D

Bad luck! Looks great anyway - as you say, it's always easier once you've done it once before. Live and learn eh! Keep it up!

Ah. Wow. Carerra RSR - this livery is my favorite And I think the prettiest car ever made - the Alfa 33 Stradale 270bhp @ ~9000 rpm out of a 2.0L V8, in a car that weighs 700kg. I can't think of anything better. EDIT: Also: What a ridiculous sound:

That was a dealer option on Soarers, right?
-
Haha - good dude. Had a good yarn. They're BMW guys for sure - was chatting E30s with another bloke there too. Nice to know there is a good alignment shop locally. Heading to P&S in East Tamaki every time gets a little tiresome!
-
Was that the bloke from Wairau Alignment & Suspension? He was telling me about his e30 m3, before getting onto his e30 alpina 335. Was getting some bushings pressed in.
-
Wooooow! What a collection! So many unique and weird cars.
-
I mean just getting every little part that you pull out of the car powdercoated. Not ruling out any sparkly pink valve covers though.... Edit: Ironic sparkly pink, of course.
-
New RTA bushings and shims/limiters in the e36. Thanks Mike for the parts & advice. Damn pressing those things in with the trailing arm still on the car is not an easy job. Fresh WOFs for the e36 and e30. New alignment booked for tomorrow. And thus concludes a full week of doing nothing except working on my cars. Phew.

New front swaybar bushings and m3 offset LCA bushings.
-
Yummy. I think I would find it difficult not to go overboard with powdercoating. I suspect that this is a common problem.
-
Cool! Nice one Brent!

With only 60k on the clock, and a 6M! How sad
-
wow.... what.
-
New M3 offset LCA bushings on the 328i... Involved some innovative use of a gear puller and a sash clamp
-
Looking good! I love this car Dave!
-
I am known to really like the 'number 2' setting on my impact gun...
-
Hi Brent - could you give me a price for the front brakes? Caliper, carriers & rotors?
-
E30: New front swaybar bushings New offset m3 solid LCA bushings Steering response and braking is hugely improved. Noticeably less body roll (both the old sets of bushings were totally toasted) E36: New waterpump New thermostat and housing New rad hoses New coolant That'll explain the overheating.

Seems to me that it is definitely still under USPS's purview, given that it has yet to be given a NZ tracking number. I've had stuff stuck in customs before, but I've never had an issue getting a NZ tracking number. I wouldn't wait to file a refund request through Paypal. Just get together all the documentation that you can and go for gold. Worst that happens is that it all sorts itself out and you have to un-refund or just re-order.
