+1 silver. Black only makes me think someone got bored with a can of plastidip.
-
Oh if i wasnt so poor. GL, someone is going to get a beast.
-
the more i see of your Baur the more i like it. Used to think they were the ugliest thing ever. Looking great!
-
gutless and will have jatco jerk. Not motorsport. meh.
-
hell, its worth a crack eh
-
i cant imagine a new bolt from the dealer being too expensive, only issue might be availability.
-
im so sorry to hear whats happening, no one deserves to be sold a car that is so fundamentally fudged (especially from a fellow member!). Could it be worth trying to remove the broken bit of bolt in the crank? surely a nice big chunky screw extractor could do it?
-
who cares about the damn legs when the car looks this good? Weirdos.
-
oh sh*t.
-
Stop questioning the internet, its never wrong!
-
i cant help but think there needs to a better design for those air filters, instead of leaving them stuck in the middle of a hot engine bay with only that OEM duct blowing in their general direction.
-
I felt like being nosy too, and according to RealOEM your car shares the part numbers for the cams with a normal 2001 330ci

new wheels look great, and better imo without centre caps.

the e36 lifting thinggy that i got from Pelican in the states was solid steel, build like a tank and weighed quite a bit. never folded in the few times i used it. I sold it to someone on here and im sure itll still be going strong (i hope!) IIRC the E36 was the only one to use the in sill lifting holes? i seem to recall my E39 and E46 using under sill pads.

oh damn, didnt even notice it was damaged. Looked like a well loved example. what a shame!

Gosh, goes to show just how big the new cars are compared to some of the older ones. Its towering over the CSL! Great pair though, good choice.

So Ron's point is moot? Im not arguing that there should be one governing body to control the issue of plates, but once you own your plate you should be able to pay whoever you want to make your plates, in whatever style meets the criteria set by the governing body.
-
If you get your normal govt issued ABC123 plate changed to a euro version of the ABC123 plate (for $400 or so dollars), do you need to surrender the normal style plates?
-
oh jebus, that red E30!

ugh, so much orange gasket poo. Hate how some people just cant do a job properly. Good work on the fix. Valve covers are looking good too, keen to see what the silver looks like in the engine bay.
