In a competition setup you would have a common earthing point for all stereo components, but for ameture setup you can run straight to the battery will be fine Connect the positive of one terrminal set on the sub to the negative of the other terminal set. Then connect the two remaining positive and negative terminals to the two terminals labeled bridge on the amp. Hopefully you havent blown out anything when playing around with it before!

Help with e46 suspension!
_ethrty-Andy_ replied to jasmit56's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
either one of those options would work, camber arms are probably your better bet though if its a road car. could roll the gaurds too if you like that look -
much less than $700 if you drive it yourself over your weekend off.

your shifter boot it supposed to clip into the center console through the top not the bottom. also, to make the boot get snug to the bottom of the gearknob, i folded it inside out and ziptied the top of it really tight around the shaft of the gearstick, and then folded the boot back down over the top and clipped it into the center console

Ill try to stay off the Honda jokes.... if you dont feel like rewring the car to make the swap you mentioned worked, you wont be doing any 13b or 5.1L V10 conversions on an E30 either. the M20B25 engine (the 2.5L straight 6 in the E30) is a good engine, but there isnt much aftermarket performance support. most people that want more balls out of thier E30 swap a M50 or M52 engine into it, from an E34/E36 Also those wheels wont work unless you have like 30mm spacers, so no dont keep them. E30 factory wheels are et 35 and you cant go much lower than that. the best E30 wheels are between 15 and 25, though you can go as low as 0 on a standard body with the right tyre combo -
new 991 911 today in Petone. struggled to identify it seeing as it looks the same as every other one since the 1970s. taillights the giveaway as it turns out

he used Porsche 944. M52 swap is definately worth it, arguably the best bang for buck swap on an E30

not sure to be honest, you could PM kerry. i am quite sure that it doesnt actually matter whether its auto or manual ecu, as its more or less just an input signal that tells the ecu if its a manual or an auto. everytime the ecu gets reset it "looks" for an auto transmission. that said, im not an expert on that topic and could be wrong, but thats my understanding. must get him to take me for a ride when im up in a few weeks! was a nice car to drive with the M50 in it when i had it

also, if you want to go back to M52B28 ecu, i have a complete ews kit with EWS transponders chip etc and the right ECU. in fact is actually the one that your exact engine left the factory with, was just keeping it for a rainy day but if you need one id fold
