I'm not up with / interested in AU market - just saw a forum post and had a look. https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/?q=(And.(C.Make.BMW._.Model.M3.)_.BodyStyle.Coupe._.Year.range(2000..2006).)

Had a squeeking / groaning form the rear. Was it from recent new parts / work? ohh noooo, this is going to drive me insane! Read a post it could be leather on leather squeeking. It was! Fixed it! Follow your dreams!

@HELLBM did mine as one of the first CMP kit installs. Still rock solid. I think the reality is now known. If you drive an e46 M3 , the RACP will fail eventually. I'm sure you have seen all the videos from Reddish etc... Would love to see some pic of your car!

l/100km?
-
You'd think so, but I have had multiple crap ones - bad tyre wear, not straight wheel, bad feel etc.
-
Thanks - pretty hard for me to get there unfortunately. Just after a solid alignment for daily use to suit Koni/Eibach.

The BMW dealer good?
-
Took mine there today - reckon their machine is broken. Annoying. Any city / CBD recommendations? (they tried to suggest Giltrap Toyota?).

Eibach springs to go with the Koni's - only driven 50km, but it actually feels like it rides better(?) than with OEM springs. Definitely looks better. CSL ride height target. Also new spec gearbox oil from @HELLBM - smoother shift is nice, ~192km

For a cheaper tyre the RE-003 / Indy 500 looks good and performs pretty well. But what no one is mentioning is longevity. They wear pretty fast. My experience with Michelin is great milage, (even with track). So if you plan to keep the car the extra millage you get combined with top in class of all other categories, make them the best choice for me for sports cars. Going from RE050's - PSS / PS4 is way more quiet, rides softer, looks better. The price difference is pretty small if you plan to keep it, so if you're on a nerd forum like this even asking the question, just get the best sh*t

first seconds of first video gave me e30 PTSD

It does seem very durable. I have tried other filler/dyes and they are not. The leather is pretty average, you can't tell. On newer leather you may notice it?

Dude your inbox must be full...

Not sure what you're referring to - I was referencing the Simpsons.

Some thicc boy must have been the first owner of my car, 'cause he really wore the bolsters and leather. In the 8 years I have owned it, the wear hasn't really changed! I bought this Ali-express leather fixer - and gotta say I am very impressed. These are night time photos so it looks more shiny than IRL - and i have no before's sorry. But before there was crazy cracks, and white line/cracks. Pretty fcked. It needed a filler style fix, and this was literally rub on / dry. Worth a punt...
