  1. Not sure if this counts as a rant or not, but I've lost $25K worth of irreplaceable vinyl to the floods. I'm out of the country, as was my good friend whom was storing it for me. I was waiting for the phone call upon when they got back, and had mentally prepared for it, but I honestly feel relieved. Most of it was single release / no repress, so there's no point in chasing the dragon again. I guess the question is, what the F**K do I do with my record player now?!?!
  2. Happy to trade my E30 M3 brakes and wheels for the LM's and BBK if anyone is in the market.
  3. Beggars can’t be choosers, but would there be a price premium for Brilliant over Zinno?
  4. I've always wanted a Blue E38 M-Sport... Might have to stick my hand up when she's done.
  5. https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/cars/bmw/m3/listing/3953308975 Someone do this before I sleep on the couch for the next month
  6. Autobots wage their battle to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons.
  7. Did the brakes on the F25, my first time navigating the EPB system. Absolutely smooth sailing, infact; so much easier than messing about with shoes and cables! Biggest trap for young players is remembering to wind down the EPB itself with a T-45 before bolting it back to the calliper.
  8. and plenty left in the budget for the obligatory flat peak and fart tune
  9. TMS sells them new for reasonable monies.
  10. I'm with M3AN, buy a banger and invest the rest.
  11. Absolutely adore this. I was shocked it didn't get snapped up when you listed it! I don't need it in my life, but would love if it was.
  12. Gah! Even with the plastic covers removed? (Assuming @M3AN doesn't already have it bolted to a 130i 😂 )
  13. A bit piss poor, but the new workshop in chch might be taking up their attention.
  14. Somewhat relevant, but if you've got some early Italian made 1:18 scale BBurago Ferrari models, they're worth moon beams if they're still boxed. This is strange to me, as I've got some and their quality is hardly anything to write home about, compared to their contemporaries of the time.
  15. +1 on very very tempting. Would be keen to hear from you two owners if using this kind of car for a 50km return commute on 100kph open highway each day would be wise / not wise? Don't really care about fuel costs, but would that sort of trip be enough to get things nice and hot to keep the car happy?
  16. Happy to sell my silver Autoart CSL for $500, no lowballers I know what I got.
  17. Somewhat serendipitously, I spied the black ZCP absolutely giving it the berries off the Queenstown Five Mile roundabout after I did Burkes and Lindis Passes this morning.
  18. The old girl is getting around!
  19. Currently removing 15,000km of life out of my PS4S's on every alpine pass in the South Island.
  20. Suspect the answer is zero?? There were 116 ZCP cars made RHD globally, and 135 RHD LCI manuals produced, so having the combination of both and NZ new would be infinitesimal. I believe only 4 ZCP E90's were sold NZ new? I've only ever seen the Space Grey and the Jerez Black one though, both DCT.
  21. the Japanese sale brochures never mentioned colour, but given a keen eye, I believe the colour combos are: Delphin grey body / Vulcan grey kit Lazur blue body / Atlantis blue kit Lachs sliver body / Vulcan grey kit Diamond black body / Vulcan grey kit
  22. ...Because it IS a different colour, that's how the Japanese M-Technic 320i / 325i's came.
  23. Might have been orange peel out of the gun that required wet sanding? I'd be wanting pictures of the kit completely off the car from anyone advertising an mt2 with a full respray.

Yep the BMW Performance calipers are the same as 135i's. But fancy yellow gold paint!
