Mine had same setup. I looked at changing it to single pump and looked like it was gonna be pain in the ass. The hose from the in tank to the high pressure pump is quite large in diameter and probably not rated for high pressure. So would definitely look at changing that.

Booked mine maybe 2 years ago. Never heard back from them ( other than an automated email saying someone will get in contact with me). Just got another letter last week.. javent bothered trying to sort it.

2001 E38 728i, one of the last to be made

Cool cars. Have a 740i as a paddock basher. Has taken an absolute beating. A V8 one would be an awesome cruiser. -
Thanks for the dissection of article. Would not read again/10.

Is This Where The E30 Market Is Now..?
polley replied to E30 325i Rag-Top's topic in TradeMe discussions
They are just a bit lazy for what they are tbh. Been in a few 1uz powered vehicles and they were a bit boring. -
Nah i just smashed them out of their existing housings and then put a self tapper in to block the hole where the shaft was.

335d M57 tune suggestions?

Had GKR performance in the UK do a map for me. He emailed it to me and I flashed it my self. Was really good (and probably cheaper than getting it done here) -
Surely not for when you're going backwards ?

clean it up and remove the egr!

Rough value for insurance and my own knowledge.

Because they are cooler than an e46. I agree they should not be worth that much, but interest in them has really seem to have sky rocketed lately. Seem to be going the way of the e30s. -
I'm starting to think M3AN is an elaborate troll.

I checked my swirl flaps on my 3l after hearing so much crap about them and mine were perfectly fine, no play or anything. And that was at 200k. I did remove them however for piece of mind, lost a bit of low down punch as a result of it.

So people say. But my engines been remapped, done burnouts all through town, and use it for towing my drift car around on big heavy tandem trailers up and down the kaimais and it hasn't given a single ounce of trouble. How ever I'm not under the illusion it will last for ever either ?

I dunno about your e91, maybe its smarter these days. But my e39 asc constantly kicks in with mis matched sizes. Gotta turn it off if want to over take as itll kick in with foot down.

Ahh the amount of e30s we butchered and trashed when we were younger ? -
Yep, can get a set of reps for less than the price of one bbs wheel. If you just want the look, then its hard to justify $6k+ on a set of wheels.

Even m52tu and m62 etc do the same thing.

Setting up a VM for ISTA+ and ISTA-P and other tools
polley replied to Driftit's topic in General Discussion
What about using an icom unit? Uses Ethernet instead of USB. Might be easier instead of trying to setup USB to a cloud vm. -
I've never had to deal with tpms system. But had researched it awhile ago as was interested to see how it worked. And had read about the system you describe and also the system which uses sensors in the tyre valve. A quick check on TIS for e53 shows it uses a pressure sensor in valve system. Maybe the tyre shop is correct. Would be interesting to know what system it is using. https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e53-x5-3.0d-sav/wiring-functional-info/chassis-suspension/wheels-tyres/tyre-pressure-control/XkPZ3jW

The m3 e36 expansion tank appears to be the same as an e30 one.

Unless your 328 is making decent power (turbo, supercharged etc) What's wrong with standard clutch? If you're making decent power then really that just comes with the territory. If you're making standard power just put the standard setup back in and you'll have your nice cushy spongy clutch pedal back again. You put a heavy pressure plate in and complain about pedal effort. To be expected. Storm in a teacup.

Cool. How much extra timing did you add? Did you touch fuel ?
