E30 325i Rag-Top 2956 Report post Posted May 24, 2015 i have $3k for the first person that finds me a hard top and all the bits to make it work. they just seem to be unobtanium here. There's a few coming up on eBay.co.uk now as cars are being scrapped and wrecked, prices have dropped a long way now as there are fewer E30 'verts around, and most are now summer only cars. Shipping to NZ wouldn't be too bad, LCL through a freight forwarder..
M5V8 337 Report post Posted May 24, 2015 OMG. rant on/ the white station wagon blocking southern motorway friday night, in the fast lane doing 75kph with a 30 car tailback behind them brake checking anyone whom gets close to their bumper. The little serve towards me when I finally was able to get a gap to the inside line to finally get past you was appreciated also dickhead. Closely followed by the blue hatch on the same motorway on the way back, rubbernecking a minor ding then brakes and nearly leave their lane to check out the carnage. Whilst there is 5km of 3 lane parking lot behind them and a clear motorway infront. Seriously. Have you got nothing else in your life that after sitting through that 25min traffic jam when the motorway clears you want to try to see a dented car so bad you risk another accident right infront of 2 police cars. FFS im out. rant over\
Michael. 2313 Report post Posted May 25, 2015 SA models were able to run on 91 RON. All other markets required 95 - 98RON. Interesting, are they de tuned? Seems carjam says this is an NZ new model.
BreakMyWindow 1874 Report post Posted May 25, 2015 Interesting, are they de tuned? Seems carjam says this is an NZ new model. When the DME decides that 91 is being run then it will 'de-tune'

Ouch Although 3 wisdom teeth at $1300 isn't bad I've been quoted $3000 for the same job... but that's Auckland for you

Still, kinda regret not going to the dental school instead.
alisterh 26 Report post Posted May 25, 2015 I had four wisdom teeth removed for about 1k, you get charged alot more if they put you to sleep but some dentist won't give you the awake option

pldubs 308 Report post Posted May 25, 2015 I was still awake, they put some sh*t in my arm and I felt great. Problem with my teeth was that they had to cut the bottom one out of my jaw. Pretty gnarly, ( Ill find a pic ) a chunk of broken bone worked its way out of my gum 2 weeks later.

kulgan 1042 Report post Posted May 27, 2015 Agreed. Turned the heater on for the first time tonight... Winter is coming. I've had the fire going almost every night for the last month and quite often during the day. You northerners have it far too easy. lol

Allanw 1071 Report post Posted May 27, 2015 No heating here yet. Got down to 14C inside last night... Double glazing, or even curtains would probably bump that up a bit though
Gaz 1059 Report post Posted May 27, 2015 Trademe and their fees. 25c to have a different reserve price to start price, cheeky f**kers.
kulgan 1042 Report post Posted May 27, 2015 No heating here yet. Got down to 14C inside last night... Double glazing, or even curtains would probably bump that up a bit though outside temp reading on the car said -4C on the drive to work at 5am. The thick layer of ice on the car when I went out in the morning would attest to that. 14C would seem like summer...lol

The trademe fees suck, if you only use TradeMe once in a blue moon to sell stuff, they keep emailing you until you pay them! f**k off!
