    @Mad_Max how's this all going?
  2. Surely it's time to move this to the projects section now ?
  3. Bump...any interest? If they don't sell then I'll run them anyway

    Autosure

Not necessarily, always good practice to check if any recalls are outstanding on a car when you first buy it
  5. Gaz

    Autosure

If either of those two things occur then no autosure won't cover but the dealer will. Autosure are great, and yes they cover timing chains
  6. Bunnings etc are only open to trade customers so they can carry out essential repairs. One would assume there is a process to go through if your car does break down and you are an essential worker but I doubt that they would disclose that publicly

    Quick rant thread.

So technically they could pay you up to two weeks leave if you have It owing https://www.employment.govt.nz/leave-and-holidays/annual-holidays/taking-annual-holidays/

  9. I was going to suggest possible software update. Most faults in modern cars are solved by software
  10. VAG parts are massively expensive. There's a few BMW/VW/Audi parts that are all the same and BMW are always the cheapest
  11. I've just noticed, is the thread title supposed to 'braverian' or is that an auto correct from Bavarian?
  12. Oil leaks and valve stem seals are the other two big ones
  13. Head into the local dealer in the morning
  14. Swap wheel speed sensor left to right, fault follows, faulty sensor. Fault stays the same, like ABS module fault
  15. Not as much as an evo one but would say could get up to $1000 For the whole lot

    Style 95s

    Bump....any offers?
  17. I did wonder if those fit... any other mods to make it fit? If you can pm me price please and will see how we go with the customer
  18. After a 6 speed manual gearbox for a customers car
  19. If you have a Japanese imported f20 then I suggest contacting your local dealer to check for any outstanding recalls as some of them required a replacement
  20. f**k I feel lazy just reading your threads having done nothing to my cars
  21. Got some staggered style 95s if they are of interest?

    Style 95s

19x9 and 19x10 style 95s rear tyres are mint (nankangs) fronts would recommend replace due to uneven wear and light cracking. Wheels themselves are good condition, one rear has some paint flaking away but no curbing.. $1400ono
  23. Don't need to code lock on drive away, turn it on via the options on the indicator stalk. Fuel flap isn't supposed to lock via the central lock button inside the car. Comes in handy at night if you want the fuel station attendant to full your car but you also don't want to get car jacked
  24. Drive one in anger and I think you will pretty well surprised. They have great balance for a front wheel drive car, to the point you forget it is front wheel drive
