When you say 'lifters' are you referring the 'valve adjustment?' All the yanks seem to go nuts for the 'valve adjustment' - but when I asked people here, they said on the rare occasion they have done the this, there was almost no point as there was pretty much none needed. So I was told, 'don't bother'

That's the genius of the ACC - it's real life 12th man!

^ Sorry, you're saying they aren't funny? Mods; can we get a ban hammer happening here please?

Warrior supporters understand. (And if people still cared, The Blues too)
  5. Try other dealers - They told me about an import recall (major engine bearing one mind you)

Totes - how is that avoided?
  7. ^Then you rear end a Bentley and your life is over.
  8. I'm sure you know about TST's 1million mile one... They remind me of those 'generic' Fords and American cars you'd see in 80s TV. The design is so simple and obvious, but on point. I'm a fan.

The pies Zim served up in the last 5 really let them down.
  10. Duh, it's so you get the real effect of driving on ice.

if you mean put HK in, don't bother - they aren't good. Go aftermarket.
  14. Those narrow crests where it changes direction 0_o Sound when you are in it is pretty sick really - they are an animal and IMO too fast for NZ roads/limits.
  15. What makes you think they are reps?
  16. Poor flare-less e36 guys

Probably 4-5 section passes with the cutting pad and compound. Removing the salt damage was harder than removing the swirls. Some bits I had to use a lot of pressure. (Then 2-3 passes with polish)

Being at the beach, the salt air really hurt my paint. It would get wet, bake in the sun, dry with the salt marking the paint, and repeat. A wash and even a hand polish would still leave marks. A crappy detail prior to purchase also left holograms and swirls. So a paint correction was in order.... I tried to nerd out on research, so ask any questions. Very happy with the results. Here is a album with some before, during, after shots.
  19. Good you have a quality warranty. If you have the sport suspension option, then yes, they are quite low for a stock car.
  20. The comment before yours was written when you bought your M3! haha! EDIT: Start a thread, we'd all love to see details and photos!
  21. I know what you are saying, but this isn't true. I know 2 65+ year olds who have been pinged. (Same area, same officer?). Big fine. They were on plates with font very close to the real ones, not way different like your one.
