Thats a very good deal. Ive had mine for years and it still works flawlessly. The Repco deal also has some sh*t hot deals on the higher amperage ones if you needed a 10A or something too.

The set in the second post are for a specific style of suspension; double wishbone, where the compressor is inserted in the middle of the spring to compress it. I have the set like 3Pedals shows, with the locking pin. Have done a few struts with them now, including using an impact gun on them, with no issues. Just make sure to keep the thread well lubricated and dont go full monkey on it.

Im sure that was posted here recently for about 70k?

100% confirms it isn't "M-Technik" then...

Time frame isnt an issue, and you may even have to leave it sitting a while to make sure the car goes to sleep before you get an accurate reading. Just do not try and crank the engine.

Id do a current draw test by disconnecting the negative terminal and using a multimeter on Amp setting to bridge between the terminal and negative battery post. See how many amps its draws with the engine off, ignition off. If its high, start pulling fuses until it drops. You'd need to check what a normal current drain is on one of these, but believe it should be less than about 50ma. Do these have issues with the battery sensor thing like other models?

Im always wary of cars with such low miles. Whats it been doing all its life and what maintenance hasn't been done. Whats going to break if you suddenly start to use it more? It also works out to about $30k NZD before shipping and taxes? Not what i'd spend that money on tbh

Its crazy how much better the genuine spoiler fits, although you'd expect that given the cost!

I'd love one these days but they're almost impossible to buy. They all got thrashed, blown up and scrapped years ago. Even my twincam non turbo BFMR was awesome, especially on gravel roads.

Oh yeah. I turned down swapping my cl1 euro r for a tidy, stock, road legal nzdm AE86 levin. What a f**king asshat ?
-
Should've kept my first dc2r turbo and should've bought a gtr when they were affordable. Mad Ragrets.

One thing I will agree with is that these platforms need to be more regulated and the providers held accountable for what their algorithm is doing. Probably won't happen though as these make money, and cash is king.

And if it is still a virgin you start to question life. Whats even real. Anyone that says they havent flogged their M3 is anger is bullshitting. Its what they're made for and what they do best.

Idiots will idiot. Natural selection will select. Sheep will sheep. AI will dominate all.

Anyone with half a brain should already know what social media is doing in the background, nothing in The Social Dilemma should be a surprise these days. I didnt find it that scary, nor did it make me want to delete all my accounts.

Careful, not allowed to speculate about cars in here!

You're being awfully defensive about this car...?

I'd be wondering why he says the throttle actuators need attention. Not a cheap job.

You also need to think if it was written off 12 years go when the car was worth more and parts were more available, it must have been bad for the insurer to not fix it.
-
Sounds like a substantial shunt then...
-
Its a real shame there is no public database of written off vehicles. Be great to search the vin and have a description and photos.

Not cheap, probably priced about right if not a little expensive for an ex write off with issues and im guessing no service history.
