i wouldn't put them on even if they are free. get some entry level dunlops or something if you want cheap and new. just avoid these shitty chinese ones. or if you want real cheap why not buy some second hand ones off Brent or Ray im sure they will be able to supply

My wagon used to be a 520i auto, got that bad boy side ways on a few occasions unintentionally on Kingstars, and spun it out at one stage (mind you shouldn't have been doing what i was doing...). honestly the worst tyres i have ever had. have Potenzas now. well. i dont need to say any more. Even the Triangle tyres on my Turbo Volvo were better than those Kingstars. Id rather be forking out $800 on new tyres than using it to replacing fenders/lights/writing car off

good cars overall, but as you can see in the current thread, thier cooling systems aren't great just like all bmws of this era. i would be budgeting to redo that stuff if no proof of previously being done. also E46 eat front suspension iirc, something like bushings or tierods, someone will know. could just be an exaggeration. or maybe its just the compacts i was looking at at one stage

i replaced one on an E46 a few months back. will see how it goes. same issue though, it was completely come apart. it looked like compacted wheatbix

that roof. It looks like it has a BBS steering wheel too... if it is, its super rare and worth more than what the bidding is currently at. if its not, it looks very similar to the BBS one

just checked my stash. this is the manual gearbox fluid i use and was reffering to. surely, like engine oil, next to no difference between 75 and 80?? or is my manual gearbox fluid wrong? but have used this stuff in all the diffs and manual gearboxes of my E30s never had any issues.

I can supply a screen for this model if anyone wants a cheap macbook

SO MUCH ROOM IN M40 E30 ENGINE BAY looks like a good tidy install, i like how you mounted intercooler, didn't hack front bumper to bits like most turbo E30s

good ol manual gearbox oil. your one of the few RWD drivers that actually bother to do the diff lol

get a glass shop to do it. they probably wont even charge. 2 minute job

trademe just be carefull though, i think they are coupe/sedan/wagon/convertible specific on your car but i could be wrong, havent owned an E46. and welcome to bimmersport
