Definitely a 2.5 that someone has added the badges to. Get the VIN from the plate on Carjam then punch it into an online Vin decoder: https://www.mdecoder.com/decode/wbabt32020ls21514

Max Thrust angle = -0.02' ?

I have two in my Glovebox π€£

Their machine has been broken since Covid apparently. I went to Autoalign / RaceAlign in Mt Wellington a few months back, on the advise of many here - very quick and only $80 plus GST Only comment is my front toe had a fair variance (Left 0.9mm / Right 0.3mm with brand new Tierods) but car seems pretty good?

I think that was owned by a Bimmersporter and had much higher kms - plate 321BHP or something?

A potential challenger π€

3.0 but very low kms? If condition matched kms I imagine a pretty decent price these days.

Nice, you could get some cloth recaros in a finish not too out of place to the stock trim? Or retrimmed recaros but that would be $$$. I feel dark green is a more classic colour a little better suited to the older school tech 1 look? Letβs be real though, Tech 1 and tech 2 are both stunning in any colour π

Has a more beautiful BMW been made?

Iβm happy with my Hankook V12 Evo 2s for daily and spirited (not silly) street driving. Will likely get PS4s next however as they seem like the best tyre at a decent price point and available in so many sizes.

Fantastic looking car - assuming a βwho you knowβ sale? Have not seen one of these up for sale for a while.

Good luck with the smoke! Whats the wiring issue? Something swap related? What are these seats like, I remember it having some buckets? I think Dark green would look better as Tech 1.

Is This Where The E30 Market Is Now..?

Not so sure about the recent trend of people asking $15-17K for their 320i sedans π€£ -

Happy with Classic cover, agreed value of $15k on my non-classic E46, $250 excess, lowish premium and they asked for high resolution photos of the car which is encouraging. All modifications listed and no issue. Also paid out no questions asked on a brand new Msport bumper after a minor tussle with a curb. -
I presume you're aware of these guys? https://racehead.com.au/product/bmw-m20-itb-kit-e30/

Yours has to be close to $20k? Only 24v E30 I've seen in ages was the white one Ghost Chip bought but I think that was a little more of a project car? -
It probably is a $5k premium these days TBH (Coupe's any way) I track any *decent* manual 330ci's listed in case I have an insurance issue and they try to tell me my car is worth $7k... In last 6 months or so (yes, these are just asking prices but so is any price): $16,500 (dreamer but it appeared to sell) $13,500 (Beautiful car I've driven) $11,500 (High km average non Msport) $13,000 $15,000 (Imola 6 speed with heaps of work done) $13,000 (Nothing special car that sat on TM for a month) $13,000 (sold in a day or two) Most decent Msport autos list for $6-8k. But I agree, spending $7K plus on a manual swap isn't value for money, unless its a special example.

Wagon seems like decent value, but you would need to want all the extras. Wonder what needs finishing / interior. Could look good sitting on some Alpina wheels. -
Haha, this popped up in my youtube feed today too. Cleeeeeeaaan

Funny, I have a manual 330ci and am looking to get an E30 325i 2 door sometime. Finding a complete manual conversion is the hard part these days - I would expect to pay $2,000+ easy for a ZF Conversion - add a new clutch and flywheel and bits for another $1,000. Cert add $750. Workshop labour and coding, no idea - but I would factor on $5K plus to do it right. Make sure you also use an unmodified factory manual driveshaft too or you could need to add driveshaft hoops (like me π)

Not BMW specific but a great way to spend 45 minutes IMO!

Holy crap that is a lot of car for the money, an absolute neck breaker π
